The newly introduced Bluecap™ tool has an outside diameter of 63.5 mm (2.5 inches) and is rated to maximum temperature of 150C (302 F) and pressure of 103,40000 kPA (15,000 PSI). It will log in 3.5 inch tubing. It will log up to 105 degrees from vertical.
Borehole gravity measurements have proven their worth in applications ranging from detecting bypassed oil and gas, salt dome mapping to reservoir monitoring and determination of bulk densities.
